Prof. Yoram Palti awarded Israel Prize for ‘groundbreaking’ cancer treatment
Education Minister Yifat Shasha-Bitton announces that the 2022 Israel Prize in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation will be awarded to Prof. Yoram Palti.
A professor emeritus of physiology and biophysics at the Technion Institute of Technology, Palti helped develop a new groundbreaking cancer treatment that fights malignant brain tumors using electric pulses — a non-invasive treatment with a high level of selectivity.
