A day after he was released from Hamas captivity, former hostage Eitan Mor is recovering well, his father posts on X.

“Our Eitan is returning to life in Israel, returning to life in the family, returning to taking responsibility for himself, choosing for himself when he drinks coffee, when he goes to the bathroom, when he eats, and how much he eats,” Tzvika Mor writes. “After 24 hours, Eitan is really progressing. The doctors also say his health condition is good, thank God.”

Mor commends the ‘amazing’ team at Beilinson hospital for taking care of everything Eitan needs, adding, “There is still work to be done, and we are supporting him as much as he needs.”
