Rings with IS logos caught in airport shipment

In a shipment from a Turkish exporter en route to Ramallah examined by customs in Ben Gurion airport, one crate contained 120 rings with symbols and slogans of the Islamic State terror group.

“The rings are considered illegal propaganda material and as such importing them into Israel is prohibited. They were confiscated and taken to be destroyed. Information on the matter was transferred to relevant security agencies,” a statement from the Tax Authority says.
