Syrian state media says two soldiers have been killed and another three wounded, as well as damage caused in an alleged Israeli airstrike in the Homs area.
According to the state-run SANA news agency, citing a military source, Syrian air defenses managed to intercept several of the Israeli missiles.
Syria’s Sham FM radio station says the strike targeted the Shayrat Airbase, south of the city of Homs.
