UK police drop probe into Bob Vylan comments about ‘death to the IDF’

British police say they will take no further action over comments made about the IDF during a performance by punk duo Bob Vylan at the Glastonbury music festival in June.
“We have concluded, after reviewing all the evidence, that it does not meet the criminal threshold outlined by the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) for any person to be prosecuted,” Avon and Somerset Police say.
The rap duo led crowds in chants of “Free, free Palestine” and “Death, death to the IDF” during their performance, which led to condemnation by the British prime minister and an apology from the BBC for livestreaming the show.
