From US to sanction banks dealing with Hezbollah
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleUS President Barack Obama is expected to sign the Hezbollah International Financing Prevention Act of 2015 tonight, after Congress passes it, according to media reports.
The bill bans foreign banks from dealing with Hezbollah, and calls on the US Treasury to ban or sanction any financial institution that is found to facilitate transactions with the Lebanese Shi’ite terror organization.
