Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli is reportedly engaged to businessman Adi Ezra, putting an end to the months-long rumors the two were about to tie the knot.
Ezra popped the question earlier this week while the two were vacationing in the Caribbean for Purim, Ynet reported.
The newly engaged couple have been dating on-and-off for two and a half years, and purchased an apartment in Tel Aviv in early 2015, according to reports.
Ezra is the chairman of Neto ME Holdings Ltd, one of Israel’s largest food importing companies, which was founded by his grandfather in the early 1940s.
In January, Channel 2 news reported that the couple had decided to tie the knot but they were keeping news of their engagement quiet.
A source told the station, “He asked her if she wanted to get married and she said yes. They do not want to make a big deal out of it. They are in love and that’s enough for them.”
Refaeli and Ezra have not commented on reports of their engagement.
