A short clip of an eight-day old baby “driving” to his brit milah (circumcision) in a remote-controlled car, posted in early June on YouTube, has cleared the 100,000 mark and is still racing ahead.

Accompanied by drummers, camera crews in tow, with adoring family and fans clapping along the route, the baby was filmed sleeping at the wheel in an Israeli shopping mall.

Strapped in tight, the tot is escorted through a mall by his loving father, controlling the vehicle from afar. Neither the baby, nor the mall where he made circumcision and motoring history, are named in the video immortalizing the electric journey.

The baby appears entirely unaware of the fanfare, or of the upcoming rite of passage, dozing calmly on his back in his little white car as celebratory pandemonium rages around him.
