Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson returns to Israel August 7 to play Tel Aviv’s Menora Mivtachim as part of “The Greatest Hits Tour.”
Wilson was in Israel in July 2016, when he played his classic “Pet Sounds” hits at the Ra’anana amphitheater. At the time, he said that the 50th anniversary “Pet Sounds” tour would be his last.
Perhaps the success of that last tour gave the 75-year-old performer a second wind.
The visionary of the classic rock sound that emerged from 1960s California will play his greatest hits this time around as well, including “Surfin’ USA,” “California Girls,” “I Get Around,” “Wouldn’t It be Nice.”
Ticket prices range from NIS 199 to NIS 690 at Leaan.
