Four people were killed by the Iranian ballistic missile impact in Beit Shemesh, the Magen David Adom ambulance says.
MDA says some 20 others were injured by the impact, including two in serious condition.
The military says it has dispatched search and rescue forces and medics to the scene, along with a helicopter to assist with evacuating the injured.
