4 zebras move from Israeli safari to Palestinian zoo
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFour zebras were today transferred from Israel’s Ramat Gan Safari park to the Qalqilya zoo, says the army, which helped facilitate the move.
The Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories unit says that two males and two females made the short journey to the West Bank today.
The unit says it is “proud to coordinate between these two different institutions that have the same goal, preserving wild animals and educating the public to love animals.”
There has been an ongoing cooperation between the two institutions in an effort to boost the West Bank collection
