Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas says he is doubtful that Israel will bring to justice the suspects in the arson attack which killed a Palestinian infant and critically injured three other family members.

Speaking at the beginning of an emergency meeting of the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah, Abbas says the international community should label settlement organizations in Israel and the West Bank as terrorist organizations, according to the Ma’an news agency.

He says the killing of Ali Dawabsha is the result of continuous Israeli settlement policies, and “won’t be the last crime by Israeli settlers.”

The PA president wants to take Israel to the International Criminal Court at The Hague, and says that the PA will ask UN to defend the Palestinians.
