Al-Nusra Front claims to have caught ‘US agents’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAl-Qaeda’s Syrian affiliate al-Nusra Front claims to have captured several Syrian rebels trained by US forces.
Calling the rebels “agents of America,” the rebel group, warns others from participating in the “American project,” according to Reuters.
Syrian opposition sources said earlier this week that al-Nusra kidnapped the head of another rebel group, calling itself Division 30 and many of its men.
Al-Nusra operates in the Syrian Golan Heights near the Israeli border.
