Army announces arrest of cell that shot at West Bank settlement
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe army releases for publication that it has captured the terror squad responsible for firing at the Beit El settlement last month.
The Israel Defense Forces does not disclose the number of suspects arrested in the operation, stating only that the members were from the Jalazone refugee camp in Ramallah.
“The Jalazone refugee camp is a focal point for terror from which a number of cells have originated,” the IDF says.
There were no casualties in the July 10 attack attributed to the cell. The military at the time said spent bullet casings were found outside the settlement.
