Hospital in northern Ukraine reportedly hit by Russian shelling

In the encircled northern Ukrainian city of Chernigiv, the mayor says dozens of civilians have been killed by “indiscriminate artillery shelling,” and that a hospital has been hit.
“In Chernigiv, indiscriminate artillery shelling in residential neighborhoods continues, killing dozens of civilians, children and women,” Mayor Vladislav Atroshenko says on television.
“The city is suffering from an absolute humanitarian catastrophe.”
