The IDF says its troops located and destroyed two rocket launchers during operations in the Gaza Strip yesterday, as part of efforts to dismantle terror infrastructure along the Yellow Line.

According to the military, a unit from the Gaza Division’s Northern Brigade found a launcher loaded with one rocket in northern Gaza aimed toward Israeli territory.

In a separate operation in southern Gaza, troops from the 188th Armored Brigade located a multi-barrel launcher and a rocket beside it, which were also destroyed.

A military official says the launchers were likely old and had been positioned in the areas before the October ceasefire came into effect.
