The IDF says troops arrested three suspects overnight in Hebron who were planning to carry out a shooting attack “in the immediate future.”

According to the military, the suspects were affiliated with a Hamas-linked terror network in the city and were detained during a joint operation carried out by troops from the Nahal Brigade’s 932nd Battalion and the 5016th Reserve Battalion.

In a separate operation earlier this week, security forces arrested another suspect in the West Bank village of Dayr al-Ghusun, accused of advancing efforts to establish a terror network.

All of the suspects were handed over to security forces for further questioning, the IDF says.
