IDF says it killed Islamic Jihad commander Hussam Abu Harbeed
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Israel Defense Forces says it has assassinated Islamic Jihad commander Hussam Abu Harbeed in an airstrike today in Gaza.
Abu Harbeed, who commanded the terror group’s northern Gaza division, has led attacks against Israeli soldiers and civilians for nearly 15 years, the IDF says. He was also allegedly directly responsible for anti-tank missile fire that lightly wounded an Israeli civilian last week.
Islamic Jihad has yet to comment on the strike that targeted Abu Harbeed.
