IDF to test rocket sirens in Safed at 11:05 a.m.

The IDF says it will hold a test of siren systems in then northern city of Safed later this morning.
The sirens will sound in city at 11:05 a.m.
In the case of an actual attack, the sirens will sound twice, the military says.
