Jaffa blast likely mob hit attempt

Police say the explosion in Jaffa was likely an underworld assassination attempt.
The victim, in his 20s, is being treated for severe injuries, the Magen David Adom rescue service says.
Police say the explosion was caused by a device on a motorcycle.
