Defense Minister Israel Katz says the strikes on Iran “will continue for as long as necessary” and will not stop “before the objectives are achieved.”

During an assessment with IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, the military’s top brass, and other defense officials, Katz says the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei “is a turning point.”

“We all hope that the activity will also lead to the outcome we want, that the Iranian people will be able to remove this regime for themselves, for us, and for the entire world,” he says, according to remarks provided by his office.
