Liberman: ‘With a little good will’ we can announce formation of new government Tuesday

Yisrael Beytenu chief Avigdor Liberman signals that Yesh Atid chief Yair Lapid may inform President Reuven Rivlin later today that he is able to form a government with Yamina and the “change bloc” of anti-Netanyahu parties.

“I finished my coalition deal long ago. To me the deal is already closed. I can tell you that always at the last second before closing [a coalition agreement] there are efforts to grab a little more. This is natural,” Liberman says at a conference in Eilat.

He adds: “I believe that with a little good will, today it will be possible to finish this.”
