Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu officially instructs his negotiating team to head to Egypt for hostage talks, his office says.

Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer will be leading the delegation, says the PMO, but he is not set to fly out with the rest of the team.

The negotiators, except for Dermer, will take off tomorrow, and talks will be held in Sharm El-Sheikh, not Cairo, which was the original location.
