Numerous rocket sirens triggered in Galilee Panhandle, close to Lebanon border

Numerous incoming rocket warning sirens are sounding in communities in the Galilee Panhandle, close to the Lebanon border.

Footage posted to social media shows several Iron Dome interceptor missiles engaging an apparent rocket barrage.

Earlier, suspected drone infiltration sirens sounded in other nearby towns.

There are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

Hezbollah has been carrying out daily rocket, missile and drone attacks on northern Israel amid the war in Gaza.
