Off-duty soldier detained over latest settler attack on Palestinian town

An off-duty Israeli soldier is suspected of involvement in the settler attack on the West Bank Palestinian village of Umm Safa earlier today.

He was detained by police and handed over to the Shin Bet security agency for further questioning, the Israel Defense Forces says.
