One arrested after Times Square crash that injures 13
One person is arrested after a car plows into a group of pedestrians at New York’s Times Square, according to eyewitnesses.
Photos and videos uploaded to social media show a man being handcuffed at the scene.

The New York Fire Department says 13 people are being treated for injuries.
According to eyewitnesses, buildings in the area have been put on lockdown.
