Palestinian armed with rifle and bombs arrested in Jaffa

Officers have detained a Palestinian man in Jaffa, carrying a Kalashnikov rifle and two pipe bombs, police say.
The suspect, who apparently does not have a permit to enter Israel, has been taken for further questioning, police say.
The circumstances of the incident are not immediately clear.
