A 20-year-old man is hospitalized in serious condition after being shot in the head by IDF troops in the Palestinian village of Beit Furik, east of Nablus in the northern West Bank, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society says.
Another 16-year-old is also hospitalized after being shot in the leg, according to the Red Crescent.
The IDF does not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Palestinian media reports that the IDF has been operating in the village since this afternoon, after locals clashed with settlers. During the clash, soldiers reportedly detained several Palestinians and also fired at a car, wounding a 14-year-old Palestinian boy, who has also been hospitalized.
The Red Crescent confirmed at the time that it was treating a 14-year-old for bullet wounds.
