Rwandan president says Kigali, ‘without question, a friend of Israel’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleRwandan President Paul Kagame tells AIPAC: “Rwanda is, without question, a friend of Israel.
“Israel has the right to exist and thrive as a full member of the international community. This is not an infringement on the right of any other people and should not be seen as such,” says Kagame.
“We look forward to doing even more together,” he says.
