Several rockets intercepted after sirens sound in Ashdod, Gaza border towns

Rocket sirens sound in the cities of Ashdod, Ashkelon, Sderot, and other towns closer to the border with the Gaza Strip.

Initial reports say multiple incoming projectiles are intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system.

There are no immediate reports of casualties or damage.

Some 350 rockets are estimated to have been fired at Israel since Friday afternoon.
