SpaceX confirms loss of Israeli satellite in Florida blast
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSpaceX confirms the loss of Israel’s Amos 6 satellite in the launch pad explosion at Cape Canaveral in Florida. The company says an “anomaly” caused the blast, Reuters reports.
The explosion also destroys the Falcon 9 rocket that was supposed to be carrying the $200 million satellite during its planned launch on Saturday.
