UK records 586 more virus deaths, bringing total to 21,678
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleLONDON — Britain’s health ministry says 586 more people have died after testing positive for COVID-19 in the hospital, taking the total toll to 21,678.
The increase is significantly higher than yesterday’s 360 new fatalities recorded — the lowest daily total since March — but down from the highest death tolls to date seen earlier this month.
