WJC’s Ronald Lauder: ‘Israel cannot allow this evil to exist’

World Jewish Congress President Ronald S. Lauder condemns Friday’s terror attack, saying: “This barbaric attack represents the worst that humanity is capable of. On behalf of the World Jewish Congress and the 100 Jewish communities we represent, I would like to join the government and people of Israel in condemning the attack. This crime was, in no uncertain terms, an act of terror.”

Lauder extends his condolences to the Dawabsha family and calls on Israeli authorities to bring the terrorists to justice, adding: “The Jewish people and the State of Israel cannot allow for this sort of evil to exist – and we should do everything in our power to make sure it does not happen again.”
