The IDF releases a video showing close coordination between ground forces in the Gaza Strip and the air force.
The clip shows a Gaza neighborhood as seen from a plane or drone, as a commander on the ground tells the air force operator that there are terrorists moving around on the ground, and that he needs help locating them.
The air force surveillance operator says that he has spotted the building from which terrorists are firing. The infantry commander says that his force is within that same building on the second floor.
“You’re on the second floor, and the terrorists are above you in the same house?” asks the airman.
The terrorists start running, and the air force tracks them, eventually reporting that they “destroyed them.”
“Then I can be calm,” says the infantryman, “since they were firing at us.”
“I know, you can be calm. We’re above you,” responds the air force operator.
