A Palestinian woman and her 16-year-old daughter were arrested Tuesday after the teenager left a message with police that she was planning a terror attack on Israeli citizens.
Police traced the call to her West Bank home, where they arrested her.
The girl’s mother, 48, allegedly tried to prevent her daughter’s arrest and was also detained.
The remand of the two, who have not been identified, was extended until Sunday.
While the daughter is being investigated on suspicion of having threatened to carry out a terror attack, her mother is said to have posted video material on social media showing herself holding and firing an automatic weapon and encouraging violence.
