Two Jewish men were arrested near the Bayit Vegan neighborhood of Jerusalem Thursday night on suspicion of attacking an Arab youth on the city’s light rail.

Police believe the assault was nationalistically motivated, Maariv reported.

The youth was lightly injured and released from the hospital shortly after.

The attack comes some three weeks after a soldier was stabbed on the light rail by an East Jerusalem high school student.
