A young Israeli woman was killed by falling rocks during a hike in Dharamsala, India, the Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday. The ministry notified her family and is working with Indian authorities to fly her body home in the coming days.
Dharamsala, located in the Himalaya Mountains in northern India, is a popular destination for Israelis. Backpackers flock to the lush, green mountain-top city year-round.
