Several people were injured when two buses collided in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramot on Sunday morning.

Among the injured was a 50-year-old female pedestrian, who is in serious condition, and five passengers, the Walla news site reported.

The collision, which took place on the corner of Yitzhak Mirsky Street, quickly drew United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom paramedics.

A paramedic at the scene told the Maariv news portal that one of the buses hit a telephone pole. Officials are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
