A woman who works as a kindergarten teacher was arrested on suspicion that she was also dealing in hard drugs, the Israel Police said Tuesday.
The suspect, along with a man, both of whom are in their 30s and residents of central Israel, were arrested a few days earlier, the force said in a statement.
They were caught in possession of what police believe was half a kilo of cocaine that was not for their personal use, the statement said.
An unsourced report from the Kan public broadcaster claimed that the male suspect is a former Mr. Israel bodybuilding contest winner.
Detectives first noticed the pair behaving in “a suspicious manner in broad daylight” at a commercial center. They stopped the suspects and a search of their belongings revealed the suspected narcotics as well as a “large sum of money,” police said.

The suspects were to be brought before a judge for a remand hearing later Tuesday as the investigation continues.
