A court orders that 15 Palestinians who were arrested over recent rioting in East Jerusalem remain in custody.
Police say 10 of the suspects, all from the Issawiya and A-Tur neighborhoods, were arrested overnight on suspicion of throwing rocks and other objects at patrol cars last week. The other five suspects have been in custody since their arrests over the weekend.
The clashes between police and Palestinians in East Jerusalem initially flared in A-Tur during a winter storm Wednesday, a day after a home demolition in the neighborhood.
