After rocket barrage, Israel kicks into ‘war footing’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleWith the most recent wave of fire from the Gaza Strip and as the government approves a stronger military response, Israel enters its all-too-familiar “war footing.”
The radio stations broadcast the red alert sirens, and strictly report the news and interviews with former generals.
On TV, shows resume, but the news anchors warn that in the event of another attack, the broadcasting will be interrupted.
