At least 20 people killed in a reported rocket attack on a train station in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk being used for civilian evacuations, according to AFP journalists.
“Two rockets hit the Kramatorsk railway station. People have been hurt. We are clarifying the details,” Alexander Kamyshin, the head of Ukraine’s railway company writes on social media.
