Board of Peace official to ToI: We are determined to implement plan to remove Hamas from power

After Israel continues to express its opposition to the current Gaza disarmament roadmap, a Board of Peace official tells The Times of Israel that the body is “focused on implementation,” declining to criticize Israel’s stance.
“We have provided a pragmatic path forward to transform Gaza by removing Hamas from power and seeing it hand over its weapons,” says the official. “These steps would undoubtedly allow for the improvement of life in Gaza and enhancement of security in Israel.”
“We remain determined to advance these objectives,” says the official.
