Death count from Israeli strikes in Syria climbs to three
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSyrian state media says three civilians were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Damascus early Tuesday and nine others wounded, citing a military source.
“The Israeli enemy launched an air aggression with warplanes and drones from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting several points in Damascus,” the official SANA news agency says, adding that “three civilians were killed and nine others injured.”
Earlier, state media reported that one of its anchors had been killed in an Israeli strike.
