Four arrested for assaulting Arabs
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePolice say they have arrested a man in central Jerusalem after entering a McDonald’s wearing a mask and attempting to attack an Arab customer.
Another three people were arrested nearby for assaulting “minorities,” police say.
No injuries were reported in either case.
The violence comes amid a rally by far-rightists in the capital that turned violent, with hundreds chanting anti-Arab slogans, and at least one case of a woman at a restaurant being assaulted.
Over 30 related arrests in Jerusalem have been made so far.
