Defense Minister Yoav Gallant holds another phone call with his US counterpart Lloyd Austin to update him on the Israeli military response to the October 7 Hamas onslaught.

The US readout repeats Biden administration talking points about allowing humanitarian aid into Gaza, the importance of protecting civilians in the Strip and the need for all hostages to be released.
