Hamas says willing to renew humanitarian ceasefire

Hamas tells Egypt that it is willing to renew its humanitarian truce agreement with Israel, originally planned for 72 hours starting this morning, and to give guarantees that other Gaza factions will abide by the deal, Channel 2’s Ehud Ya’ari says quoting a Hamas official.

Egypt said it would check with Israel, and for now is not letting Hamas delegates come to Cairo for truce talks until it receives an answer from Jerusalem. The delegation was expected in Cairo on Saturday.
