IDF says rockets fired toward town along Lebanon border, shells back in response

The Israel Defense Forces says a number of rockets were launched from Lebanon toward an area near the northern community of Zar’it area.

No injuries or damage are caused in the attack, the IDF says.

IDF says it is responding with artillery shelling toward the sources of the rocket fire.

Meanwhile, incoming rocket sirens sound in the northern town of Shetula, close to the Lebanon border.
