India travel warning canceled

Israel cancels a travel warning to India.

On Friday, Israel’s Counter-Terrorism Bureau issued a travel warning, calling on Israelis not to visit the country and cautioning those already there that Islamist groups may try to carry out terror attacks in the immediate future.

But the threat had apparently dissipated after New Year’s Day.

The Counter-Terrorism Bureau, however, urges Israeli tourists to remain vigilant while in India.
