IRGC mulling preemptive strikes if talks with US fail — report

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is weighing launching preemptive strikes if diplomatic efforts with the United States fail, an Iranian diplomat tells the Wall Street Journal.

The report does not specify if this would include attacks on both US assets in the region and Israel.
